‘Everything App’ boosts Dogecoin
Musk said that X Corp bought Twitter in order to safeguard free expression and accelerate X’s evolution, “the everything app”, in a post.
The firm is doing more than just changing its name; it is undergoing significant transformation.

Before 2017, tweets were restricted to 140 characters; now, users may use up to 280. The previous character restriction of 4,000 has been extended to 10,000 for Twitter Blue subscribers after Musk gained control of the firm. Two-hour films, such as full-length athletic events, may now be uploaded to the site by Twitter Blue members.
Name change mirrors new developments
When users could only send and receive messages of 140 characters each (evocatively represented by the sound of birds tweeting), the name Twitter made perfect sense.
However, in the present day, even multi-hour films may be posted online. This is what Musk pointed out on Monday.
Since Musk seized control of the platform in October, a number of significant modifications have been made.
This includes users interested in obtaining a blue verification checkmark, which was previously exclusively accessible to important persons in journalism, entertainment, or other fields, who may now subscribe to Twitter Blue. Musk has received a lot of backlash over the platform's recent improvements, including the introduction of a new authentication method.
Musk has also suggested that other changes are on the horizon at X.
