Founded in 1978 as Church House Trust, Bank and Clients PLC is a private bank based in Yeovil. The bank was acquired by Virgin Money in 2010, so they could gain a banking licence and establish a retail banking operation. It was renamed Virgin Bank Ltd. Virgin then sold the bank to Ocean Industries in 2014 and it became Bank and Clients. The investment arm of the bank continues to operate independently under the name Church House Investments.
